Right now it is one year and one day since I started with the birth. Tonight it’s a whole year since I got to meet you the first time.
I am just as moved today as I was when I was in the hospital after a long, exhausting but absolutely fantastic birth. I never thought it was possible to be so devoted to someone as I am to you, Celine. I never thought it was possible to turn your life upside down in as few seconds, but that day I learned that I would be your mum were all completely different, and I can not count on two hands how often I have thought; «Why have not I done this before? Why wait. This is just to amazing!!» You did not come a day early (literally * laughs *), but not late. I love every second I get to spend with you and miss seeing you every second of every day. To get to stay home with you for 10 months meant that I got to know myself again. It gave me the opportunity and strength to do things I otherwise never would. We are a team, you and I! We are strong, and from the first moment I met you I know who you look like. You’re as determined as your dad and just as stubborn as me. One thing I can promise you girl, you are going to achieve what you want in life. And we will do everything we can to help you there on the road.
Happy Birthday Celine. The world’s most beautiful, kindest and best daughter. I am so unbelieveable proud of you. And I love you so much that only a mother can understand. Thank you for being who you are.

Now I count the minutes .. Can not wait to get home with my girl. Sitting at the doctors office instead as we speak! She is not fully recovered unfortunately. But we are going to enjoy regardless today with ice, jump and bounce in Celine’s cozy corner (lounge area) and lots of snuggling on the couch. Let´s get this monkey business done, I wanna go home!!:D

OH MY GOD… my body hurts from inside out… Think my little cutie might have given me some of what shes got. My little baby girl.. the fever is high, and wont go away. Been to the doctor today and everything was fine so probably just the «flue» going on!
Thought I could show you some bedroom pictures before C and I jumps into bed… Fingers crossed for some magic healing the next hours- i DO NOT have time for this!!

Ok, I couldn’t help myself… When I was painting yesterday I just had to make some changes in our living room again. Almost the same, just a little different. Though, I´m not done.. yet!

What are you doing tonight? I hold on to bake the cake while I arrange decorations for Celine’s 1 year birthday. She will be one year on Tuesday and should be celebrated next weekend. 1 year already, time passes too quickly … Anyway, doing a little lounge project in the living room. Celine’s new favorite place because she manages to climb up and down all by her self. . * laughs * The plan is to build up mattresses in height. We are a big family so it’s nice with many places to sit in the living room!

Here we go… new kitchen wall! I´m so pleased with the result. The color is called french manicure and I think it complements the color «Dempet Sort» which I have on the rest of our kitchen, perfectly.
