Not only did I get one of my beloved ones home yesterday … I got two!! Sindre finally came home from Oslo, and his better half (me :D) had sent him on a mission. My kind gentleman came therefore home with my other love yesterday … CHAIR ONE!! * Scream *

Magis Chair One is designed in 2003 by Konstantin Grcic. Designer Konstantin Grcic wanted to use the least material to create the most product. His goal was to combine comfort with structure. And for me, this is pure art. I love it!

Here´s the result of yesterdays project 😉 I´ve painted the kitchen tiles black, so it would complement the rest of the kitchen. Absolutely love it!

Good morning sunshine! (Literally)
So, is it just me, or are you also getting butterflies in your stomach when the sun comes out?! It makes me SOOO happy!
Anyways, have to show you this marble bowl I found at the flea market the other day! Love it! And the price of five Norwegian kroner just makes me love it even more:D Redesign and ancient treasures gives me actually a kind of sense of achievement. May sound strange … but finding something you really see the potential for making me so insanely happy. And the «hunt» for it… God! It´s fun 😀 Have said it before and will say it again-I love the mix between artistic design and ancient treasures that you create your own designs out of.

I found this woolen blanket on KID other day. It could not fit better into our living room! 😀 I absolutely LOVE the color!
Anyways, soon I throw myself over the second coat of paint in the kitchen. Can not wait to see the result! … but first I’m enjoying a cup of coffee while I try to wake up a bit;)

I found this old marble thing (?!) on the second hand shop yesterday, along with a rough steel frame. Thought I’d try to create a table for the living room on the second floor. I love redesign, and since I have marble on my mind I just had to have this!
